AAF exception occurred - 80004002

I keep getting the error message"AAF exception occurred - 80004002" error using PluralEyes for Avid MC on Windows 7. Any one have any idea what that means?

Getting the similar error for MAC 80000004. Possible to get the AAF settings screen grab? Tried everything!!

There are now updates on the downloads page that should solve this error. Version 1.0.0 (4136)
