PluralEyes crashes on start

I've just installed PluralEyes for Media Composer on a computer with Windows XP SP3 (Danish) but as soon as I click on the icon in the start menu a window pops up and tells me that PluralEyes has crashed. Unfortunately there are no details in the window.
Any idea what's wrong? Or what I can do to help you troubleshoot?

The most likely explanation is that the .NET Framework needs to be updated. See the related message PluralEyes crashes immediately on startup.

Thanks. Installing version 3.5 SP1 of .NET Framework worked.
