Error code 90020010 (AAF_HANDLE_SOURCECLIP_FAILED)

Postby blake on Mon Dec 19, 2011 2:41 pm

Hi All,

Getting this error code after importing AAF into PluralEyes for MC..

"Exception occurred. Error code 90020010 (AAF_HANDLE_SOURCECLIP_FAILED)."

I export the AAF from Avid choosing "Link to"options for both Video and Audio.

System specs are Imac 2.8Ghz i5 4 GB RAM OSX 10.6.8 Avid 5.5.3 Pluraleyes 1.0.9

cant find the error code anywhere else. Any ideas on what it could be?

Thanks
blake

Please send us the project and log files as described here and we'll investigate. Also include a link to this forum message so we know what it's about.
