AFTER SYNC: MULTICAM EDIT AUDIO ISSUE

Postby innomind on Thu Dec 02, 2010 7:24 pm

Hello everyone,

I have a particular issue with Plural Eyes in Premiere Pro CS5. After sync it creates two audio tracks, one for left another one for right channel. And this makes it impossible to multicam edit because Premiere takes out one of these channels leaving you only with the right audio channel. Here is my screencast to better illustrate what I mean... http://www.screencast.com/t/F7GGg5V6

Please help me resolve this, I am sure I am not the only one going through this...

Thanks so much!

Paul Joy has just posted a tutorial on doing multi-camera edits after using PluralEyes. He goes through some different steps and does not have the problem you describe. The part relevant to your specific question starts a little before the 10:00 mark.

Thanks Bruce!

All it required was locking the audio track when editing in "multicam" sequence... Thanks to Paul!
