Refund/Exchange Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work hard to ensure that is the case. The policies below describe how to prevent problems from arising and what the remedies are.
- Try before you buy All our products are available as trial versions. The trial versions are free, fully functional and fully supported for 30 days. The only difference between the trial version and the purchased version is that the trial version is time limited. We encourage all customers to try the product before buying. It's just a lot easier for everyone than trying to change or undo a purchase.
- Known issues We maintain a list of known issues to help customers decide if there are any showstopper limitations in the current versions of the products.
- Exchange You can exchange a product within six months of purchase for another one of our products. We require that you first deactivate all licenses for the original product using the appropriate License Manager application. If the price of the new product is more than that of the old, you will be required to pay the difference. After six months, you can still do an exchange by buying a new product of the same value at a 50% discount. Again, the old product must be deactivated and can no longer be used.
- Refund We will give a refund within 30 days of purchase, at our discretion, and we promise to be reasonable about it. We just ask that you give us a chance to solve the problem, whatever it is. Before we can process a refund, we will require that you first deactivate all licenses for the original product using the appropriate License Manager application.
